hello everybody,
sorry ive been out of touch. been kind of busy unfortunately (and fortunately for money) so i havent had the time to update my journal, and in the past couple of months no more drawings either. anyway, update:
13_feb_2008: got engaged to my then girlfriend, yeah!
03_mar_3008: finally got released from my job in oklahoma (after almost six months)
31_mar_2008: got called back to oklahoma-lame.
22_apr_2008: supposedly going back home, lets hope.
i start school again, finally, after trying to get back in for the past couple of years. i was having some financial problems before, and now, thanks to these jobs and God, i have enough money to actually pay for the completion of my bachelors degree in cash.
I WILL TELL ANYONE WHO NEEDS A JOB, THAT THE ENERGY INDUSTRY IS BLOWING UP. CONTACT WOODGROUP HEAVY INDUSTRIAL TURBINE, OR POWER SOLUTIONS. they are paying 87 a day perdiem, plus your regular pay. they have jobs in the northeast, arizona, texas, and one up in peru ( i heard). they need people. they pay well. you can work for a couple of months, and save up your money and then go back to school, etc. it is a lot of hours though (i was working sometimes 16 hr days, but anything over 8 hrs a day is overtime, so you can make bank) so it may not be compatible with school at the same time. if you are looking for something in between semesters that will give you a lot of money for the upcoming semester, these are good jobs.
